Endometriosis is found in 15% of reproductive age women and 1% patients have cutaneous manifestations. The pathogenesis the disease not entirely clear. prevailing theory suggests that endometrial cells are “seeded” into postoperative or, case umbilical endometriosis, physiologic scar. Other theories consider endometriosis a result pluripotent celomic cell proliferation or hematogenous lymphatic spread cells. Currently known cellular molecular interactions cannot prove any right. This report demonstrates clinical manifestations management strategies endometriosis. A 34-year patient (2g1p) referred to gynecologist with profuse painful menses, pain swelling at site cesarean section scar for 6 months. patient’s first pregnancy ended up silent miscarriage second one 38 weeks due pre-eclampsia. Later, had dyspareunia secondary infertility. Upon gynecological exam, single focus cervix, ball-shaped uterus limited displaceability, uterosacral ligament infiltration.
